Mrs. Manjula has been practicing law since 1989. She has been a known name in the profession, having more than 32 years of experience as a practicing Advocate in service, civil, and corporate criminal matters. She regularly represents Indian and Multinational clients in various forums Mrs. Upadhyay’s knowledge and involvement in her area of expertise come from the practical experiences of many roles she has adopted over the extensive span of her career, a few of her assignments include her experience as an Independent Director on the Board of various public and listed companies. As an advocate, she had been a trusted name with MNCs and Indian organizations for her expertise in Employment and Labour Laws Mrs. Upadhyay had been working in the field of “Sexual Harassment at Workplace” much prior to the advent of the legislative framework on the topic. Since the founding years of the POSH law following the Vishakha Guidelines, she had been advising clients on the subject and was helping companies in the redressal of ‘Sexual Harassment complaints.
Risheka is Co-founding Partner at MR LexCorp. She holds in-depth expertise in workplace-related sexual harassment issues, with her experience ranging from compliance advisory to internal committee inquiries to POSH trainings. For over 16 years, she has been helping a range of national and international corporate clients in FMCG, automobile, IT, banking, pharmaceuticals and hospitality sectors to firm up their compliances under POSH and employment laws. For over a decade of her professional career, she has dealt with a variety of legal issues concerning corporate and individual clients and rendered services involving drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, real estate documents, service agreements, employment agreements and policies. Additionally, Risheka holds significant experience in employment-related advisory and has conducted various internal domestic inquiries concerning employee misconduct issues. She routinely appears before different courts, tribunals and commissions and has significant expertise in alternate dispute redressal mechanisms. She has diverse experience in commercial, service, property, consumer, matrimonial and family matters.
Mr. Tripathy heads the litigation practice of the firm. He comes with hands-on experience of over 22 years in criminal, civil, revenue, consumer, service, labour and family matter. He routinely conducts domestic enquiries for various clients as an Enquiry Officer. He has successfully represented clients across forums PAN India.
Shivika specializes in employment law and compliance matters. She has been actively involved in general to complex employment law matters and focuses on handling such issues from a litigation standpoint. She has been involved in drafting various commercial contracts, service agreements, employment agreements and policies. She has been assisting the Managing Partner in ‘Sexual Harassment at Workplace’ complaints and various POSH compliances. Shivika has also been handling matters pertaining to trademarks and copyrights at national forums.
